Jewish Seniors Agency of Rhode Island, a multi-faceted agency providing a variety of services to Jewish elders and their families is the developer and sponsor of The Phyllis Siperstein Tamarisk RI Assisted Living Residence.

The Tamarisk tree has long been a symbol of hospitality dating back to biblical times in the land of Israel. Consistent with its quest to enrich the quality of life for older adults and their families, Jewish Seniors Agency of Rhode Island has chosen Tamarisk as the name of its unique assisted living residence. It is in the spirit of this desert tree that Tamarisk is a symbol of Hospitality, making all who come here feel welcomed, comforted and protected.

The mission of Jewish Seniors Agency of Rhode Island is to ensure access to a continuum of care for Jewish seniors in the greater Rhode Island community through the direct provision of services, and in coordination with other services.
